Three stalwarts of the late’90s Sydney indie guitar scene reform to play together again for the official Sydney launch of a new double compilation album ‘Hanging onto the ‘90s’. The album features previously unreleased material from 40 Australian bands from the 1990s and is being released by the Sound As Ever collective whose Facebook page has over 18,000 followers. Between them, Atticus, Oliver and Deepstar 6 racked up hundreds of gigs around Sydney and built up loyal followings. All three are now getting back together for the first time in decades, with one of the bands, Atticus (with members now in Ups and Downs and The Electorate), also launching a full album of never before released material.
