That's Hayley Mary (formerly of The Jezebels) doing her solo material. Unsure if these gigs are full band affairs or stripped back instrumentation,

🚨🚨🚨 "A brand new music and arts festival reaching forward and exploring electronica’s potential." this one completely snuck up on us, I was unaware of this happening! Thank you Darsh for sending this in. He says: "Experimental electronic music fest at a really cool location! Seems like good fun. There are official afterparties too (deets emailed to ticket holders)". Great tip! The line-up's a lot to take in, so pop over to the site and see if it's your bag.
