Cassius Select is producer-vocalist-DJ Lavurn Lee, who also performs as Lavurn. Lavurn started releasing and performing music around 2010 under the moniker Guerre, and was a big part of Sydney's thriving music community at the time. Great to have him back in town - you'll see his aliases a bunch of times in the guide this week. He'll be joined by sometimes-collaborator and friend DJ Plead (aka Jarred Beeler) - they were members together of the much loved Sydney trio Black Vanilla (or BV) with Marcus Whale. Free entry on guest list before midnight.
